Turtle Rock House sits far way up on the hillside at lush
green Turtle Bay, enjoying a 180 degree ocean view,
ranging from views of Falmouth & Antigua Yacht Club
marina all the way along the coastline to Rendezvous
Bay.
Turtle Bay is an idyllic and safe, high end residential
community on Antigua’s south coast. It is only a few minutes
drive away from Falmouth and English Harbour with
its supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc.
To Jolly Harbour and
Dickenson Bay it's approx. a 30 minutes drive
each. St. John’s, Antigua's capital is just a 20 minutes
drive away.
A 4 wheel drive is recommended when renting this
house.

Turtle Rock House s a newly built and fully furnished
4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with private swimming
pool.
2 of the 4 bedrooms are in the main
house.
The remaining
2 bedrooms are located in a separate building, which
is just steps away from the main house.
The main house is spacious, has tiled floors, high ceilings,
is mainly kept in neutral colors, and furnished with
a mix of modern & colonial style furniture.
Entering the main house takes you right into the spacious living and
dining room, from where you can access the covered verandah
and the adjoining sundeck with large swimming pool.
Off the dining area to your right you have the fully
equipped, modern kitchen and separate utility room
as well as a guest bathroom. Off the dining area to
your left you will find the air-conditioned study
with direct verandah access.
The ocean-view Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom and
walk-in closet can be accessed from the living room as well
as from the verandah.
The guest bedroom with en suite bathroom can be
accessed from the living room and has furthermore its own
separate entrance from the rock garden.
The remaining 2 ocean view bedrooms are located in a
separate building, just steps away from the main house.
Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bathroom.
While one bedroom has a tea & coffee facility, the other
bedroom has been equipped with a small cooking facility.
