Villa Kathleen sits on the hillside at
the prestigious Galley Bay Estates, offering superb views of
the Caribbean Sea.
Galley Bay Estates is a small residential community on
Antigua's west coast, consisting of privately owned
multi-million dollar homes, including the two villas, which
belong to Giorgio Armani, the Italian fashion designer.
The 4
star Galley Bay Resort is located at the entrance to the
Galley Bay Estates. A long stretch, fine white sand beach is
just a short drive down the Galley Bay hill. Adjacent to the
long stretch beach and separated by a small rock is a very
private white sand cove.
»Villa Details
Villa Kathleen is an impressive 7
bedroom, 6 bathroom villa with private pool and Jacuzzi,
surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
This 13,000 sq. ft. villa of
contemporary style has tiled floors throughout and was built
on two levels.
Main living is on the upper level, which
is the entrance level. High ceilings, skylights, glass sliding
doors, floor to wall windows and neutral colors give this
villa a bright and airy feel.
The
main level
accommodates the gourmet kitchen with
kitchen island and breakfast nook for 4 persons, the library
and the open plan living / dining / TV lounge.
From
this open plan area you can enjoy
beautiful views of the sea over the spacious sundeck with its
large infinity pool and Jacuzzi.
Also on this level are the master
bedroom and the 4 guest bedrooms.
On the
lower level there are further 2 guest bedrooms,
the gym with bathroom, and the utility room.
The
villa also has its own private tennis court. Tennis rackets
and balls will be provided.
