This newly-built luxury villa provides
comfort, peace and relaxation on 3 levels, and is ideal for
families or a group of friends. The interiors are spacious,
comfortable and have been very tastefully furnished to the highest
standard with a unique blend of Colonial style furniture and
seashore style decoration.
A self-contained apartment with 2
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, adjoining dining area
and large verandah is located on the ground floor.
The air-conditioned main level on the first floor features a fully
equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious foyer, cozy living area, roomy
dining area as well as a guest bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The second floor accommodates the master bedroom with en suite
bathroom and two guest bedrooms sharing a "Jack and Jill"
bathroom.
The 30 x 15 feet Swimming Pool is
surrounded by a large sundeck and has been equipped with comfy sun
loungers.
