Harbour Hill sits
on top of a
hill in English Harbour, enjoying spectacular views
of the stunning yachts that are anchored at the
Antigua Yacht Club Marina and Falmouth Marina.
Harbour Hill was built in a small and peaceful
residential area, which comprises of luxury holiday
villas and private residences. White sand Pigeon Beach for good and safe swimming
is a 6 minute stroll away from Harbour Hill.
Antigua Yacht Club Marina and
Nelson's Dockyard with their supermarket, shops,
restaurants, bars, sight seeing, tennis & squash,
dive shops, sailing operators, etc. are only a 5 -
10 minutes walk away.

Villa walkthrough
If we had
to describe Harbour Hill with just 3 words, then
we would say: views, location, privacy.
The Views: Harbour
Hill enjoys some of the most stunning views on
the island. Due to its hilltop position it looks
right down onto Falmouth Harbour and the luxury
yachts anchored there.
The Location: you
can walk to all the amenities from Harbour Hill.
White sand Pigeon Beach is a 6 min walk down the
hill. Nelson's Dockyard for sight seeing,
dining, shopping, etc. is a 6 minutes walk along
Pigeon Road and then turning right. Or turn left and
you get to the Antigua Yacht Club Marina and the
adjoining Falmouth Marina.
The Privacy:
Harbour Hill sits on 1.5 acres of fully fenced
land, which is not overlooked by any of the
neighboring properties.
The Harbour Hill
main house has
4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully
equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a
separate study with library. The covered
verandah wraps around the villa on three sides,
offering several dining and entertaining areas.
The large pool with sundeck is located beside
the villa.
The
Master Bedroom and Bedrooms # 2 and 3 have
ensuite bathrooms.
Bedroom # 4, which is best suitable for 1 adult
or 2 children, has its bathroom across the hall.
The
remaining bedrooms, Bedrooms # 5 and 6, are located in the
air-conditioned hillside suites.
The
private Gym is located in a separate building
across from the main building. It is
air-conditioned and has been equipped with a
treadmill, weight bench, stair master and a
rowing machine.
The
Harbour
Hill main house has been furnished and decorated in
the New England look - a sophisticated country
style, which gives this holiday villa a relaxed and
cozy feel. The 2 bedroom hillside suite, which was
added in Jan 2012, is of stylish,
contemporary Asian design.

Harbour Hill is suitable for a group of friends as
well as for families with children.
Due to its position on a hill and the easy pool
access, we advise you to have an eye on your very young
family members at all times.
