3 story villa, perfect
for large groups or families.
The upper level accommodates 5
bedrooms with A/C and ceiling fans, mosquito nets and en suite bathrooms.
All 5 bedrooms have garden views and are accessed from the courtyard, which features
Mexican tiles and potted tropical plants.
From the courtyard, a
few steps down, you will reach the large living and dining
room and the fully equipped kitchen. Both rooms enjoy gorgeous views of Falmouth Harbour, the
harbour entrance and the open sea beyond.
From the living/dining room as well as from the
kitchen you have direct access onto the large verandah, which is perfect for
dining, entertaining, and relaxing, as it has shade-providing as
well as sunny areas.
On the lowest level and with its separate
entrance, there is the 6th bedroom complete en suite bathroom.
Arca Villa
features a large sundeck
with kidney-shaped swimming pool, and a gazebo with BBQ-area, surrounded by almost 1
acre of hillside land, which has been wonderfully landscaped with
