Beach House sits right on the long-stretch,
white sand South Beach at Jolly Harbour.
The 2 beaches at Jolly Harbour (south beach and
north beach) border the Caribbean Sea and are
two of the best beaches in Antigua.
At the entrance to the Jolly Harbour South Beach
there is a fabulous Beach bar / restaurant,
called Castaways.
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and water sport
facilities are available at extra charge.

Location
The Beach House is
located on a privately owned beachfront property on
Palm Beach Drive, the south-finger beach at Jolly Harbour.
Palm Beach Drive features a collection of approx. 15
privately owned, multi-million dollar homes, all sitting
right on the mile long, white sand beach.
From The Beach House you have stunning views
of the calm,
turquoise colored Caribbean Sea, and the island of
Montserrat with its still active volcano in the
distance.
Jolly Harbour is a gated community on Antigua's west
coast.
It houses a full-service luxury marina, private homes
(ranging from
townhouses to multi-million dollar beachfront villas), a
commercial center,
a well-stocked American Supermarket, fine restaurants,
trendy bars, an
18 hole golf course, a gym, a Sports Club with communal
pool, tennis & squash courts, several water
sport operators,
and 2 long-stretch palm fringed, white sand beaches.

Villa walkthrough
This absolutely stunning
beachfront villa
is situated in a quiet position on the Jolly Harbour
south-finger beach. Great care has been taken to
achieve perfection - from the tasteful mix of contemporary
and colonial designs, the high standard of furnishings to
the spacious and generous layout by
giving maximum privacy to all of the 5 air-conditioned bedrooms
with ensuite bathrooms.
From the living room, verandah, pool
and master bedroom you have stunning views of the turquoise
colored Caribbean Sea and the neighboring
island of Montserrat.
You enter The Beach House through
the spacious, elegant entrance hall with children's TV in
the corner. The entrance hall gives access to 2 guest bedrooms - one to
each side. From here you walk into the sunny courtyard with
potted tropical plants, which leads to another 2 guest bedrooms,
one pointing north, the other one southwards. From the courtyard
you reach the enormous living room, which has the master bedroom
on one side and the fully equipped, very spacious country style
kitchen on the other.
The living room's entire length opens
up to a covered verandah, where you have your sun loungers as
well as your outdoor cooking, dining and entertaining.
A few steps from the covered Verandah take you right to your
private Infinity Pool, which creates the illusion as if you're
swimming right up to the Caribbean Sea, which lies in front of
you.
This magnificent property, which
also features a roof terrace with colorful tropical plants, is
a wonderful choice for a relaxing beachside holiday for a family or
a group of friends.
