This absolutely stunning villa
is situated in a quiet position on a beautiful white sand beach
with just a few
foot steps away from the calm, turquoise colored Caribbean Sea. Newly built great care has been taken to
achieve perfection, from the very tasteful mix of contemporary
and romantic designs, the very high standard of furnishings to
the spacious and generous layout by
giving maximum privacy to all of the 5 air-conditioned bedrooms
with en suite bathrooms. From the living room, verandah, pool
and master bedroom you can enjoy great views of the neighboring
island of Montserrat.
You enter the Beach House through
the spacious, elegant entrance hall with children's TV in
corner. The entrance hall gives access to 2 guest bedrooms - one to
each side. From here you walk into the sunny courtyard with
potted tropical plants, which leads to another 2 guest bedrooms,
one pointing north, the other one southwards. From the courtyard
you reach the enormous living room, which has the master bedroom
on one side and the fully equipped, very spacious country style
kitchen on the other.
The living room opens right out
on one side to a covered terrace, running the entire length of
the villa, with outdoor furniture for dining, entertaining and
relaxing. From the terrace a few steps are leading into the
inviting infinity pool, which was built in the center, giving
you the feeling you're swimming right up to the Sea.
This magnificent property, which
also features a roof terrace with colorful tropical plants, is
a wonderful choice for a relaxing beachside holiday for a family or
a group of friends. Supermarket, pharmacy, shops, restaurants
and bars, water sports, tennis and squash, a 18 hole golf course
and much more are all within easy reach.
