The 2 beaches at Jolly Harbour (south beach and
north beach) border the Caribbean Sea and are
two of the best beaches in Antigua.
At the entrance to the Jolly Harbour South Beach
there is a fabulous Beach bar / restaurant,
called Castaways.
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and water sport
facilities are available at extra charge.

located on a privately owned beachfront property on
Palm Beach Drive, the south-finger beach at Jolly Harbour.
Palm Beach Drive features a collection of approx. 15
privately owned, multi-million dollar homes, all sitting
right on the mile long, white sand beach.
From Island View you have stunning views
of the calm,
turquoise colored Caribbean Sea, and the island of
Montserrat with its still active volcano in the
distance.

Jolly Harbour is a gated community on Antigua's west
coast.
It houses a full-service luxury marina, private homes
(ranging from
townhouses to multi-million dollar beachfront villas), a

This fine
beachfront residence is a wonderful choice for a
family with children
of all ages or a group of friends. Island View has been equipped
with all the amenities one could wish for, including an inviting private pool
with a slide for a fun-filled and relaxing holiday.
This wonderfully stylish and
spacious luxury beachfront villa has high cathedral
ceilings with fans and tiled floors, extending to the
covered sea-facing terrace, which offers very comfortable
dining, seating and entertaining areas. The vast sundeck
offers plenty of space for basking in the sun and relaxing,
while sipping away on a refreshing drink.
The air-conditioned living
room enjoys wonderful ocean views and has been furnished
with comfy couches, a massage chair, a bar and a 50" flat
screen TV.
A further dining and seating area is located in
the covered courtyard, which adjoins the living room to the
other side, has beautiful wooden floors and leads to 4 of
the 5 air-conditioned bedrooms.
The 5th bedroom, which is
the Master bedroom, is being accessed from the living room
and has ocean views.
