Dieppe Bay House is located at Dieppe Bay, Turtle Bay, which is a residential area off the beaten track on Antigua's south coast.
Dieppe Bay House sits on 1 acre of tropical gardens with 150 feet of sandy beach frontage, from where you have beautiful views across the sea to the distant masts of the Antigua Yacht Club and the open ocean.

Dieppe Bay / Turtle Bay is a quiet, high end residential community, comprising of approx. 35 high end villas, which are used as private residences and/or holiday homes, either built right by the water, set into the lush green hillside, or perched onto a cliff - overlooking the sea.

To Falmouth and English Harbour with its supermarkets, restaurants, shops, sight seeing, dive shops, tennis & squash courts, sailing operators and much more it's only a 10 - 15 minutes drive.
For horseback riding you will find the Springhill riding stables just a short drive away from Dieppe Bay House.

»Villa Details
Dieppe Bay House is a cozy holiday home of Mediterranean architecture. The interiors are a refreshing mix of Colonial and Contemporary style, combined with vibrant tropical colors.

This 3,500 sq. ft. villa was built on 2 levels. You will find the spacious master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms on the upper level, which has a balcony with sun loungers.

On the ground level you have your kitchen, living / dining area, and the remaining 3 guest bedrooms. The covered patio offers comfortable dining and entertaining areas with lovely views of the sundeck, the private pool and the tropical gardens.

A short stroll through the lush green garden takes you right to the sandy beach. Sit back and relax, do some beach combing and exploring, go for a swim and a snorkel, or have a BBQ on the beach (there is a rustic beachside BBQ area with table and benches) - so many pleasures, so little time....

»Good to know
The beach at Dieppe Bay House is hardly known to holiday makers and isn't marked on any maps. Chances are that you will have the beach for yourself.

While "commercial" hotel beaches are being cleaned on a daily basis, the beach at Dieppe Bay House is being cleaned by the property owners on a regular basis. However, you may find seaweed, driftwood, etc. on this beach during certain times of the year.

If you expect a manicured, long stretch, white sand beach, then this beach is not for you. If you love nature and beach combing, then you and especially your children will love this beach.
If you like to snorkel, just watch, where the pelicans are diving, and then you'll know, where the reef is located.
