gently sloping, private path to Turtle Bay Beach.
Turtle Bay Beach is a charming, deserted beach
with an abundance of shells and therefore great fun
for beachcombers.

Location
The Carib House sits on a large, fully
fenced piece of land at Turtle Bay,
which is a very private and tranquil high-end residential
community
off the beaten track on Antigua's south coast.
The tropical gardens are fully matured, but you
still have beautiful, partial views of
the open sea and the by-passing yachts.
Turtle Bay Beach, a wild beach - great
for beachcombing - is a 2 minute stroll away.
To Bailey's supermarket, restaurants,
sight seeing, etc. it's only a 10 - 15
minutes drive.

Villa walkthrough
The Carib House is a timeless
classic and one of
our client favorites. Take a piece of land close
to the Caribbean Sea, add 5,000 sq.ft. of
indoor living space,
4,000 sq.ft. of outdoor space, throw in a
large pool and a gazebo, finish it off with
Colonial design and furniture - and you have the
perfect Caribbean holiday home.
After you've
passed The Carib House gate, a short driveway,
winding through the mature tropical garden,
takes you to the large parking area beside the
house.
Walk up some 12
steps and: Welcome to The Carib House.
The entrance hall
is adjoined by the open-plan living area / TV
lounge / games room with integrated Kitchen,
complete with a Kitchen island.
From the living
area you step right onto your covered verandah,
which wraps around the house on 2 sides. Here
you have your outdoor dining and entertaining
areas.
Adjoining the
covered verandah there is your large sundeck with
private pool and a Gazebo. The Gazebo offers an
additional outdoor area for dining and
entertaining.
For families with
small children, The Carib House can put up a
railing to block the direct access from the
covered verandah to the sundeck.
The main sleeping
quarters, which are located to the right off the
living area, comprise of the Master Bedroom and
2 Guest Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has an
ensuite bathroom. The 2 Guest Bedrooms share a
bathroom.
On the lower
garden level you have the Garden Apartment,
which has a queen size bed, a bathroom and a
kitchenette. The Garden Apartment also has its
own private, covered verandah, complete with
comfy daybed and a dining table for 2.
The 5th bedroom
is located in a cottage above the pool. It has
been furnished with a king size bed and a
bathroom and also has its own private verandah
for relaxing.
The Carib House
offers 100 % privacy and tranquility and is
ideal for a group of friends or families with children of all ages.

!
Due to the size of this property, The Carib
House is also ideal for intimate wedding
receptions or functions for 20 - 80 persons.
The house has
some flexibility regarding the bedroom
configuration, which makes it also the perfect
crew accommodation during the RORC Caribbean 600
Race, the Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta and
Antigua Sailing Week.
