Location
Blue Ocean was built on top of a cliff at Turtle Bay
/ Proctor's Point,
which is on Antigua's south coast. This peninsula
borders the open sea to the south and the Harbour
entrance to the Falmouth Marina and Antigua Yacht
Club Marina to the north-east.
Turtle Bay is a quiet, high end
residential community, consisting of some 35 high
end villas
that are used as private residences and/or holiday
homes, either built right by the water, set into the
lush green hillside, or perched onto a cliff -
overlooking the sea.
To Falmouth and English Harbour with
its supermarkets, restaurants, shops, sight seeing,
dive shops, tennis & squash courts, sailing
operators and much more it's only a 10 - 15 minutes
drive.
For a quick dip in the sea we
recommend the small beach at Turtle Bay,
which is located at the bottom of the hill. For a
day on the beach you may wish to visit Pigeon Beach
or Galleon Beach, which are a 15 minutes drive away.
For horseback riding you will find the
Springhill riding stables just a short drive away
from Blue Ocean.

Villa walkthrough
Blue Ocean has been designed in the
calm, easy on the eye seashore style.
Matt, chalky seascape colours, charmingly distressed wood,
natural fabrics, and wicker have been combined with
beachcombing finds, creating the cozy and light elegance of seaside
living.
Blue Ocean consists of 5 spacious
ocean view bedrooms, all with their own en suite bathrooms.
The
Master Bedroom is connected to the main house. The remaining
guest bedrooms are located in detached cottages, each
have
their own cozy balcony or patio.
When entering the property, elegant
steps take you to the impressive sundeck of
the main house with a large infinity pool.
Adjacent to the sundeck you have a
covered verandah with several dining and
entertaining areas.
From here you enter the
spacious, and very well equipped kitchen, which
enjoys beautiful views of the marinas. Also in the main house located
is
the cozy TV lounge with integrated den.
A stone path leads you to the
detached guest
cottages with the remaining 4 bedrooms.
Sitting a bit lower than the main
house you have a further separate building, which
houses the private gym.
And for your sun-downers you have a gazebo, sitting
further down on the side of the cliff, called the Gin & Tonic room, and which is
easily accessible via stone
steps cut into the cliff.
»Good to know
Blue Ocean is not suitable for the very young.
Inflatables
shouldn't be used in infinity pools, because they can float
over the edge.
