Palm Beach Drive, the south-finger beach at Jolly Harbour.
Palm Beach Drive features a collection of approx. 15
privately owned, multi-million dollar homes, all sitting
right on the mile long, white sand beach.
From Villa Sul Oceano you have stunning views
of the calm,
turquoise colored Caribbean Sea, and the island of
Montserrat with its still active volcano in the
distance.

coast.

Villa Sul Oceano is a
beachfront villa of Mediterranean style, which has
4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 en suite
bathrooms, a private pool with sundeck, a Jacuzzi as well as a
rooftop sun terrace.
As you enter into the foyer
you will find 1
of the
4
bedrooms to your left. From
the foyer
you walk directly into the light and airy lounge area to your
right and the fully equipped kitchen on your left.
In the lounge there is a 63
inch
plasma TV with full surround sound and Cable TV along with a
stereo system,
which can also play
iTunes/iPods.
From
the
living area there is a corridor leading to two further
bedrooms,
both with stylish en-suite bathrooms and private terraces.
The
sea-facing
master bedroom
with its en suite
bathroom is located at the front of the house,
accessible
through another corridor.
This
master bedroom is hexagonal in shape with views all around.
A TV screen has been mounted onto the bed, which is being
stored away in the bed-frame, when not in use.
The en-suite bathroom
has
two showers
and a bath
tub.
The covered
verandah
has
been furnished with
a dining table for 8
as well as
a large day bed with comfortable cushions for relaxing.
The BBQ is fully equipped with sink, ice cooler and fridge
plus lots of storage and preparation room.
The pool has a Jacuzzi area and four bar stools for cocktails
in the pool.
For sunbathing you may chose between the pool-side sundeck or
the rooftop sun terrace.
