stroll down the hill or a 3 min drive you will reach a

villa...
The main level of this 2 story villa features a
reception, lounge area, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen
with kitchen island and a dining area for 8 in a
spacious open plan setting. The multi-functional dining
table can be flipped over into a pool table.
Off the
living room to the left you reach the spacious ocean
view Master bedroom with 4 poster king size bed, A/C,
ceiling fan, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with bath
tub, large shower with rain shower head, and his & hers
sink.
Off the
living room to the right, there are two ocean view guest
bedrooms. Each has its own en suite bathroom, A/C,
ceiling fan, and access to the verandah.
On the lower
level there is the forth ocean view bedroom with 2
double beds, comfortable seating area, a spacious
bathroom, and private garden terrace.
Located across the stylish hallway is
the additional bedroom with 1 single bed, its own
bathroom and garden terrace, which allows this villa to
accommodate a maximum of 9 persons.
The covered
verandah with alfresco dining, seating areas and
adjoining sundeck runs the entire length of the villa -
with the Olympic size infinity pool and the Jacuzzi as
the center piece. With special lighting effects the pool
can have any color you wish - which is a spectacular
sight at night.

professional house keeper at Villa Nicobar
