Location
Villa Evergreen was built in a private and tranquil
location on a slightly elevated property at Ordnance Bay.
Guests of Villa Evergreen are welcome to use the villa's
private dock.
The villa has partial views of Ordnance Bay,
where usually small private Yachts are anchored.
The heart of English Harbour with its marinas,
sight seeing, shops, bars, restaurants as
well as white sand Pigeon beach is just a few minutes
walk away.

Villa walkthrough
Villa Evergreen
sits in an elevated position at Ordnance Bay and
is surrounded by mature palm trees and Papaya trees. A stone path
through the tropical garden takes you to the
villa, which interiors have been painted in
cheerful and vibrant colors.
You enter the villa
from the living room, which gets lovely sea
breezes, when all doors and windows are open. A few steps up
from the living area you have your indoor dining area with
integrated open plan kitchen.
The hallway to the right of
the kitchen
takes you to 2 guest bedrooms and the Master Bedroom. All
bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, as well as direct access to the covered verandah, which runs the
entire length of the villa.
Bedroom # 4 and its adjoining
bathroom are being accessed via a different hallway. This
hallway is located behind the kitchen.
Bedroom # 4 has been furnished with 2 double beds and has direct access to a private outdoor
seating area.
For outdoor cooking and
dining, there is a BBQ-grill complete with a dining area.
The covered verandah offers
comfortable areas in the shade for relaxing and
entertaining. For the sun lovers there is a medium-sized
private pool, surrounded by a sundeck with 8 sun loungers.

Evergreen is the perfect villa for boat agents, and race
crews, as this villa is within walking distance to the
Antigua Yacht Club Marina, Falmouth Marina and Nelson's
Dockyard. It is also
perfect for families or a group of friends, who are looking
for a moderately priced villa, which is within walking
distance to everything that English Harbour has to offer.
