Boxes. The Master Bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms open up to the

Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with open roof shower. The 2
guest bedrooms share a bathroom, while the 4th bedroom, which
features 2 double beds, has an outdoor shower. All bathrooms are

indoor living / dining area with an open plan kitchen. The
kitchen has been equipped with a large Fridge with Icemaker, 4
burner gas range with oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker,

washer and dryer. In the living / dining area you will find a
TV, VCR and DVD-Player as well as a Radio and CD-Player.
Villa Ordinance has spacious outdoor areas for entertaining,
relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a fire BBQ with an
outdoor dining area. The Swimming Pool is surrounded by a large
sundeck with sun beds.
