Hayes House was built on the hillside at Ordinance Bay in a quiet and peaceful community, consisting of residential and holiday homes.
From Hayes House your views reach over the idyllic bay to historic Nelson's Dockyard all the way to the entrance of English Harbour.

A well-stocked supermarket in the marina, a good selection of fine restaurants and vibrant bars as well as Nelson's Dockyard for sight seeing are all within walking distance.
To the closest beach, which is white sand Pigeon Beach it's a 15 min walk or a a few minutes drive by car.
For the active traveler there are dive shops in English Harbour, Tennis at TemoSports and a 15 min drive away you will find the Horse Riding Stables in Falmouth.

The spacious, covered verandah offers comfortable dining and seating areas.
The large private pool is surrounded by a sundeck, adjoining the landscaped tropical, fully fenced garden.

Hayes House has been furnished with a  wonderful mix of contemporary and tropical furniture with Asian accent pieces. 
The interiors are kept in neutral colors, combined with deep reds and browns, creating a warm and comforting feel.

The center piece of the house are the TV lounge, living room and library, which are connected to each other through archways.
Dining is on the covered patio.
The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms are located on the eastern side of the house.
The remaining two guest bedrooms are located on the western side of the house.

Hayes House can sleep a maximum of 9 persons and is perfect for families, a group of friends as well as for Race crews.
