»Where is it located
Charlotte House was built into the lush green hillside at idyllic Galleon Beach, enjoying stunning views of famous English Harbour and Nelson’s Dockyard. 

At the foot of the hill lies a quarter mile white sand, palm fringed beach with shade-providing beach umbrellas. The crystal clear water is ideal for safe swimming and good snorkeling. 

Just a 5 min drive takes you to the Antigua Yacht Club Marina, which is home to luxury Yachts from all over the world during the winter season. Here you will find a large variety of fine restaurants and vibrant bars.

»Villa Details
Charlotte House is a large Colonial style luxury villa with spacious covered verandahs and a 30 ft private infinity pool with sundeck.

The main living level of this 2 story villa features an open plan kitchen with adjoining living area, which opens up to the verandah on two sides. The covered verandah offers comfortable dining and seating areas. On the same level is the Master bedroom, which opens up to a separate part of the covered verandah, inviting you to relax on the comfy chairs and enjoying the views.  

An internal staircase leads from the living area to the lower level, which accommodates further 2 bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms. These 2 bedrooms are perfect for a couple with young children. 

The forth bedroom is located across the courtyard in a separate building, and therefore affords the most privacy. Sitting up a bit higher than the main house, also this bedroom enjoys stunning ocean views.
