Byam House is the perfect
vacation home for families or larger groups. This absolutely
charming and very comfortable house offers 4 bedrooms with en
suite bathrooms, a Swimming Pool, great views of Freeman's Bay
and is within walking distance to one of the best beaches of the
island. Terra cotta tiled floors, wooden furniture, potted
plants and pottery make Byam House very cozy and inviting. The
house, which is surrounded by many lush green
trees and beautiful tropical plants, consists of 2 buildings,
which are connected with each other. While the main building
accommodates the master bedroom with en suite bath and balcony,
a living
room with study, a kitchen and large verandah for entertaining and
dining on the upper floor, the attached building
houses guest bedroom # 2 with en suite bath and balcony on
the upper floor and guest bedrooms # 3 and 4 with their en suite
bathrooms on the ground floor. These 2 guest bedrooms on the
ground floor are being accessed from the sundeck, enjoying
lovely views of the pool, while the master bedroom and guest bedroom
# 2 afford beautiful views of the Bay.
