Villa walkthrough
As soon
as you arrive at this villa the feel good factor
kicks in. You can see yourself lounging in
the living room or sipping a cold drink
on your patio, looking out beyond your private
pool to the blue waters of Falmouth Harbour.
When walking through this
villa, you can tell that the owner had fun
decorating the interiors. The villa, which is
kept in white and turquoise colors, feels light
and airy. The mix of antique, modern, and seashore
style has been done just right.
The Master bedroom,
which is located to the right of the living
room, as well as the 2 guest bedrooms in the
attached guest quarters open onto the views of
Falmouth Harbour.
Also the kitchen
with its breakfast table for 4 is “a room with a
view”. The kitchen connects to the living room,
and also has an easy direct access to the
dining verandah through an additional door.
The dining verandah is not covered, but it has
been equipped with large sun umbrellas,
so that you can decide, when to have sun or when
to have shade.
The
2nd bedroom in the
main house
has a garden view. If you
travel with another couple, you might want to
flip a coin to determine, who gets the sea view
and who gets the garden view bedroom.
Villa Ten to Three is
situated on
a
fully fenced private property. You have your parking
area right next to your villa entrance. The
villa is all on one level, and is therefore also
suitable for guests, who find it difficult to
climb steps. The only steps that you have in
this villa are some 10 steps from your dining
veranda leading down to your
private pool and its surrounding sun deck.
For “lazy afternoons” you
have a
daybed with comfy cushions under
the palm trees.
Ten to Three can be rented as a 2, 3 or 4
bedroom option.
The 2 bedroom option comprises the main house.
The attached guest sleeping quarters will be
locked off.
The 3 bedroom option can be any 3 bedrooms,
while the remaining, not needed bedroom will be
locked off.
