Zandoli is located at Pigeon
Point, English Harbour. This quiet and peaceful residential area
comprises of medium to high end villas, being used as
private residences and/or holiday homes.
Due to
Zandoli's slightly elevated position, this villa enjoys not
only cooling breezes, but also lovely views of the
bay, the by-passing
Yachts and the coastline in the distance.
Only a 5 - 10 minutes walk away are the well-stocked supermarket in the marina, a good selection of
fine restaurants and vibrant bars as well as Nelson's Dockyard
for sight seeing.
White sand Pigeon Beach is a mere 3 minute stroll away from
the villa.
For the sport enthusiasts there are dive shops in English
Harbour, Tennis at TemoSports and a 15 min drive away you will
find the Horse Riding Stables in Falmouth.

Villa walkthrough
Zandoli was built on 2 levels,
featuring 3 bedrooms that are all of the same size and
standard, 3 bathrooms, and 2 covered verandahs.
The ground level accommodates 2 bedrooms with en suite
bathrooms and a lounge area. All rooms open onto the spacious,
covered ground floor verandah.
On the
upper level, which is the main living level, you have
the third bedroom with bathroom, and an open plan kitchen
integrated in the living area. These rooms open onto the
covered upper floor verandah, which runs the entire length of
the villa and accommodates a dining area as well as areas for
relaxation.
All
rooms enjoy beautiful views and have access to the verandah on
either the upper or ground level. Dark
hardwood floors, Balinese teakwood furniture and white muslin
establish a tone of simple, functional elegance.
Zandoli
does not have a pool, but with white sand Pigeon Beach being
just a 3 min stroll away, chances are you won't even miss the
pool. The
property is fully fenced and has a spacious parking area.
This
villa can sleep a maximum of 6 persons, but would also be
ideal for a smaller group.
Zandoli
is a low-frills getaway, where rest and relaxation
are the top priorities: have massages, take naps, read
books and enjoy the views!
