The main house consists of the main
living space with dining area, kitchen, and living / TV area in
a loft style room, along with powder room and a pantry. There is
a large deck on the east with view over the ocean. On the lower
level are two bedrooms with views to the east. Both bedrooms are
fully en suite with showers and bathrooms.
The guest cottage is a fully self
contained apartment with a small kitchen, a sitting / dining area,
sleeping area, en
suite bathroom and its own deck.
The pool studio is a small structure, which can be used as an
office, as well as storage area for pool accessories, such as
towels and lounge cushions.
