The villa's layout takes maximum advantage of the ocean views. The moment you walk through the door you will be greeted by the stunning views of the turquoise-colored bay.

Sehil Villa sits in a slightly elevated position and was therefore built on 2 levels. The entrance level is the main living level, accommodating the Master Bedroom, one Guest bedroom, and the open-plan Living area with integrated dining and kitchen. All rooms on this level have beautiful ocean views and direct access onto the covered verandah, which runs the entire length of the villa.

An internal staircase takes you to the lower garden level, where you have the second Guest bedroom. This twin-bedded room enjoys lovely views of the garden.

For outdoor dining or entertaining you may choose between the covered verandah or the gazebo at the far end of the pool. Adjacent to the covered verandah you have your sundeck, which surrounds the large private pool on 3 sides.

A short stroll through the garden - check whether the bananas are ripe! - takes you to the 200 feet of beachfront, which adjoins the fully fenced Sehil property, and which you most likely will have all to yourself during your stay.

For preparing breakfast and dinner you will have the villa's own local cook, who is available 6 days a week.

If you visit during the winter months, then you may wish to walk to Harmony Hall for lunch. Harmony Hall is one of the best Italian restaurants on the island, situated on an old Plantation Estate, complete with a sugar mill. Restaurant guests of Harmony Hall enjoy the complementary water taxi to Green Island. This uninhibited island off the east coast is ideal for safe swimming, great snorkeling, and beach combing.

Less than a 5 min drive away from Sehil Villa is the Nonsuch Bay Resort, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at The Club House Restaurant.
For the active travelers, there is sailing or kite surfing within the protected bay. Nonsuch Bay Resort also offers Sailing and kite surfing lessons!

Good to know !
The waters at Brown's Bay are sheltered, and therefore you will find sea grass beds in the shallow parts. While it's just like normal grass, but under water, guests who are not familiar with sea grass might prefer to wear swim shoes.
Sea grass plays a very important role in the food chain, as for example fish and turtles do feed on it.
