»Where is it located
Pelican House is a newly-built beachfront villa on the south coast of Antigua. The area is called Turtle Bay and is located off the Falmouth main road. Turtle Bay is an idyllic, private and
tranquil peninsula off the beaten track with approx. 40 luxury homes, either built along side the coast or into the lush green hills.

A short walk through Pelican House's garden takes you to a small,  sandy beach, which is perfect for beachcombing and exploring. Most of the times you will have this beach all for yourself, as this beach is not marked on any maps. Close to
the shore there is a small reef, which is good for snorkeling.

Bailey's, a well stocked supermarket is just a 5 minutes drive away. A large variety of fine restaurants and vibrant bars are located in English Harbour, which is a 10 - 15 minutes drive away, and which is the place, where Yachtsmen, ex-pats and locals gather during winter season.

Pelican House is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beachfront villa with a 40 ft long private swimming pool, enjoying stunning views across Falmouth Harbour.

The outdoor areas offer shaded seating and entertaining areas
as well as lots of space around the pool for those of you, who
love to bask in the sun.

The spacious living and dining area with integrated open plan kitchen, which opens up to the covered veranda, is the center piece of the house, separating the master bedroom from the guests sleeping quarter.

All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and enjoy lovely breezes and beautiful ocean views.

The house also provides an additional fold-out bed and
therefore can comfortably sleep a total of up to 7 persons.
