A short stroll through the gardens of Pelican
House will take you to the property's adjoining
beach: Dieppe Bay Beach.
Long-stretch Dieppe Bay Beach is a wild, sandy beach,
which is great for romantic beach walks and
beachcombing.
This beach also offers good and safe
off-shore snorkeling. Close to the shore
there is a reef, which attracts tropical fish.
Don't forget to pack your snorkel gear.
Alternatively you can rent one from Aquanaut
Divers in English Harbour.

Pelican House is located at
Dieppe Bay/Turtle Bay, which is a very private and
tranquil high-end residential community
off the beaten track on Antigua's south coast.
From Pelican House you have beautiful views across
the bay to the distant masts of the Antigua Yacht
Club and the open ocean.
Pelican House is adjoined by a 1/4 mile of
"wild beach", which is perfect for
beachcombing and relaxing walks.
To Bailey's supermarket, restaurants,
sight seeing, etc. it's only a 10 - 15
minutes drive.

A short
stroll
through Pelican House's garden takes you to a wild,
sandy beach, which is perfect for relaxing beach
walks, beachcombing
and exploring. Close to
the shore there is a small reef, which is good for
snorkeling.Pelican House is a modern and spacious 3
bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on 3,500 sq.ft. with a 40 ft long
private swimming pool. The villa enjoys absolute privacy and
tranquility as well as stunning views of
Falmouth Harbour.
The covered
verandah offers seating and entertaining
areas in the shade. For the sun lovers, there is a spacious
sundeck around the private pool.
The large living and dining area with integrated open
plan kitchen, which opens up to the covered veranda,
is the center piece of the house, separating the master
bedroom from the guest sleeping quarters.
All
bedrooms have their own bathrooms and enjoy
lovely breezes and beautiful ocean views.
The house
also provides an additional fold-out bed and can
therefore comfortably sleep a total of up to 7
persons.
To Bailey's Supermarket, a
well-stocked supermarket on the Falmouth Main Road it
is just a 5 minute drive.
A good variety of fine restaurants and vibrant
bars are located in English Harbour, which is a 10 -
15 minutes drive away. English Harbour, where Yachties,
ex-pats and locals mingle, is the place to be during the
winter season.
