Palm Tree House is located at Harbour View Estates, which is a small and quiet residential community. Most homes are occupied by holiday guests, while some others are rented to long term tenants.

Jolly Harbour is one of the two most popular areas for holiday makers here in Antigua and is just a few minutes walk away from Palm Tree House.

At Jolly Harbour you will find a large American supermarket, a good selection of fine restaurants and trendy bars, shops, bank, pharmacy, hair salon, tennis & squash courts, a gym, a 18 hole golf course, water sport facilities and two superb white sand beaches.

Palm Tree House is a cozy holiday home of Caribbean-Colonial style, set in fully fenced tropical gardens. The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms,
3 bathrooms, and a private pool - all on a slightly elevated ground level.

As you enter Palm Tree House from the covered verandah you will be greeted by the high ceiling living room, which has been furnished with comfortable wicker furniture, and decorated with Caribbean paintings.

Straight ahead you will find your fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook for 3.

The doorway in the living room takes you to a hallway, leading to your bedrooms. The master bedroom faces the pool deck, while the two guest bedrooms are located at the other corner of the house, enjoying lovely views of the garden.

Typical for the Caribbean - dining is outdoors. You have a dining table for 8 persons under the covered verandah. Ceiling fans on the verandah ensure that you're comfortable also during the daytime, when the temperatures are higher than in the night.

The ultimate way to cool off is of course by dipping in the pool, which is just a few steps away from the verandah. For drying off in the warm sun and working on your Caribbean sun tan comfortable sun loungers are provided - sipping away on ice cold drinks is optional.

Palm Tree House can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons, and is perfect for a family with children.

Most homes at Harbour View Estates have been newly built. Therefore their tropical gardens are not yet fully matured. If 100 % privacy is not your absolute main requirement, then Palm Tree House is definitely a very good choice for you.
