Doc's Dock is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2
bathroom home right on the water at Jolly Harbour Marina. This
cozy cottage with nautical theme offers a very relaxing and
peaceful atmosphere, enjoying lovely views of the Marina and the
by-passing Yachts.
Entering the house from the front
porch, which offers, sitting areas for relaxing and sun bathing,
you get into the truly spacious, and very well-equipped open
plan kitchen, which also has a breakfast nook for 7 persons. The
adjoining living area has been equipped with a flat screen TV,
VCR and DVD Player, while the integrated den offers Internet
connection. To either side of the spacious living room are the
sleeping quarters. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom
and faces the garden. The 2 guest bedrooms, which are of the
same high standard, one with a garden view, the other one with
water view, share one bathroom, which is located half way
between both bedrooms. From the living area you step right onto
the large covered verandah, which runs the entire length of the
house. The large dock is just a few steps down from the
verandah, accommodating several privately owned motor yachts.
Doc's Dock is within walking distance to 2 beautiful white sand
beaches, a 18 hole golf course, tennis and squash, supermarket,
restaurants, bars, casino and much more.
