stand-alone house, situated alongside the marina
waterfront at Jolly Harbour.
As small, private Yachts slowly pass through the channels
during the
daytime, Doc's Dock enjoys peaceful views of a
constant changing
scenery in front of the ever lush green hills, called
"Sleeping Indian".

coast.

Entering the house from the front
porch, which offers, seating areas for
relaxing and sun bathing,
you get to the truly spacious, and very well-
equipped open
plan kitchen, which also has a breakfast nook for 7 persons.
The
adjoining living area has been equipped with a flat screen TV,
VCR and DVD Player, while the integrated den offers Internet
connection.
To either side of the spacious living room are the
sleeping quarters. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom
and faces the garden. The 2
guest bedrooms, which are of the
same high standard, one with a garden
view, the other one with
water view, share one bathroom, which is located
half way
between both bedrooms.
From the living area you step right onto
the large covered verandah, which
runs the entire length of the
house. The large dock is just a few steps down from the
verandah, accommodating the property owner's motor yachts. |

Good to know
!
Limited
privacy:
The care taker for the motor yachts needs to have unlimited
access to the garden and the dock in order to get to the
boats. If 100 % privacy is your
main holiday criteria, then Doc's Dock won't be your best
choice. |

villa was everything we could have hoped for....
very comfortable and in an excellent location.
George, the caretaker, and his friend Leone are
absolutely delightful and provided great information
about local restaurants and attractions.
Both my
wife and I and our friends had a great vacation.
We
can't wait
to return. |
