House was built in a private and tranquil
location on a lush green hillside at Falmouth.
The villa has unobstructed views of Falmouth Harbour and the open sea.
Bailey's Supermarket, white sand Pigeon Beach as well as
fine restaurants and bars are just a few minutes drive away.

Villa walkthrough
This
elegant holiday villa, which was built on 2
levels, enjoying stunning views and absolute
privacy is another one of our client favorites.
While Alagana House has been on the Antigua
rental market for some 10 years now, this villa
is in immaculate condition and up to this day
one of the best villas on the island.
On the villa's main level you have an open-plan kitchen with breakfast nook, integrated dining
area and TV lounge.
2 of the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are also
located on this level. An internal
staircase leads you to the garden level of Alagana House.
Here you have your third bedroom with bathroom.
This bedroom can also be accessed from the garden level
itself, and has its own, private sun terrace.
Back to the upper main level, you
have 2 covered terraces. The larger one takes up one entire
corner of the villa and is therefore like an additional
room, but all open. The Caribbean is all about outdoor
living. Very likely this "open room" will become your
favorite spot in the villa for dining, entertaining or
relaxing, while enjoying the stunning views.
The other terrace, the BBQ
terrace, is located right outside the kitchen. It has been
equipped with a Gas-BBQ and a dining table and overlooks the infinity pool with its sundeck.
Good to know
!
Alagana House is suitable for
children of 12 years and older.
The villa has an infinity pool. Using pool toys and floats
may not be a good idea, as they might float over the pool's
edge.
When renting this villa, we strongly recommend to hire a 4
wheel drive vehicle, as the last bit of the hill is a dirt
road.
