waterfront property at Turtle Bay,
which is a very private and tranquil high-end residential
community
off the beaten track on Antigua's south coast.
Villa Dolphin enjoys unobstructed views of
the open sea and the by-passing yachts.
Turtle Bay Beach, a wild beach - great
for beachcombing - is a 3 minute walk away.
To Bailey's supermarket, restaurants,
sight seeing, etc. it's only a 10 - 15
minutes drive.

Villa walkthrough
Villa Dolphin
is a great holiday villa for families or a group
of friends as well as for honeymooners.
It sits
in a very private waterfront-location, surrounded by
tropical gardens and enjoying unobstructed views
of the open Caribbean Sea, by-passing
private Yachts and the coastline
in the distance. The soothing sounds of the
waves give
this location a relaxing and romantic
atmosphere.
The villa was
built on one level, facing the sea with its
entire length. The centerpiece of the villa is
the spacious living / dining area with
integrated open plan kitchen. The
shutter-windows open up to the sea and the
French doors open onto the covered verandah,
which is perfect for outdoor dining and
entertaining.
The Master
Bedroom and one of the Guest Bedrooms
have been placed on either side of the villa's
centerpiece, giving them maximum privacy. Both
open up to the sea and can therefore not
only be accessed from within the house, but from
the garden as well. The second Guest Bedroom
looks out to the garden and is accessed by
passing through the kitchen.
All Bedrooms have
their own en suite bathrooms and all are pretty
much same size and same standard.
From the covered
outdoor dining verandah you're just footsteps
away from your private Pool and oceanfront
sundeck.
Sit back, enjoy the gentle sea breeze, admire
the stunning views - and relax!

!
Water access right in front of the villa is NOT
recommended due to risk of injury. For a quick swim there is a small beach
just a 3 min walk away from the villa.
