The villa is an attached 2-storey townhouse, built alongside
the marina waterfront.
As small, private Yachts slowly pass through the channels
during the
daytime, Villa 331c enjoys peaceful views of a
constant changing
scenery in front of the ever lush green hills, called
"Sleeping Indian".

This waterfront
townhouse on 2 levels with custom made sundeck, extending over the
water is the perfect holiday villa for a group of friends or a
small family, who want to enjoy the advantages of a private holiday villa, while being within easy reach to two
magnificent white sand beaches, large supermarket, several
restaurants, water sport facilities, tennis & squash courts, 18
hole golf course and much more.
The ground level
of this charming villa features a fully-equipped open plan kitchen
with an adjoining and very comfortable living and dining area, as
well as a powder room.
From the living area you step right onto the verandah with its
extended sundeck and private dock, which you are welcome to use as
a docking facility, should you decide to charter a boat during your
holiday.
The two bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms are located on the
upper level of this fully air-conditioned villa.

Good to know
!
When built in
the 90's, the concept of Jolly Harbour was to be a car-free
community and to commute in golf carts instead. Accordingly
the townhouse's driveways were built just large enough to
fit golf carts. These days, residents of the townhouses are
still encouraged to honor this policy, and to leave their
cars in designated parking areas. However, small cars,
which can fit in the driveway, are permitted. Therefore - if
you wish to rent a car, a small vehicle will be your best
choice. |
