Close to the entrance of Galleon Beach there is a great Beach bar / restaurant, called Calabash.

The short, but steep driveway takes you to Moondance's parking area. A car can make the steep climb, but most of our clients prefer a 4x4 to do the job. From the parking level some 20 steps take you to the villa's entrance. Entering Moondance you go up some additional 20 steps to the villa's main living level. Here you have 2 of the 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, library and covered verandah for dining and entertaining.

The living room is the center piece of the villa and sits between the fully-fitted kitchen and the library, which has more than 500 books. The master bedroom is being accessed from the library, while the second guest bedroom is being accessed from the kitchen. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with open-sky showers. The third bedroom is semi-attached to Moondance and therefore has its own entrance.

From the living room you step right onto your covered verandah, which runs the entire length of the villa and which offers several areas for dining, entertaining and relaxing. The views of the turquoise-colored bay, the white sand beach and the anchoring yachts are stunning.

Some 12 steps down from the covered verandah take you to the sundeck with your private, medium-sized pool and adjoining BBQ area. For your convenience there is an additional pool toilet on this level.

Moondance is simply a feel-good villa. We love the combination of decor from all over the world with antique furniture. It's a stylish villa, and yet very comfortable and you feel at home the second you step through the door - or in Moondance's case, after you've climbed 20 steps.

For guests with walking difficulties Moondance may not be the very best choice.
For guests traveling with young children, Moondance can put up safety rails on the verandah.
