VILLA MAMORA
This unique Villa is located at
the waters edge on beautiful Mamora Bay, adjacent to the St.
James's Club in Antigua.
A 3 bedroom Villa with 2 bath- rooms,
it is offered principally for two couples, but will accommodate
a total of 6 persons. Designed by Architect Mitch Stuart for the
discriminating owner, this Caribbean Styled Villa is built of
South American Hardwood, has terra cotta floors throughout and
has natural stone terraces.

Located on a point of land the
Villa is cooled by the ever present easterly Tradewinds. There
are also ceiling fans in each room. Relaxed swimming is just
in-front of the Villa on the calm reef protected waters of
Mamora Bay with its sandy bottom in crystal clear waters. Entry
into the sea is from a small private beach steps away or by swim
ladder from the Villa's deck. Snorkeling is excellent in the
shallow waters off the point and on the reefs off St. James's
Club. |

The Villa has a telephone limited
to local calls, electricity is 110 volts, maid service included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Gas stove, fridge and
microwave. There is a stereo and CD player in the living room.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has
a queen sized bed while the third bedroom has two singles that
can be made into a side by side double.
