The main house's center piece is the living area with integrated open plan kitchen and high ceilings. The two bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms are located on either side of the living room. Both bedrooms as well as the living room open up to the covered verandah, which runs the entire length of the house.

The semi-attached studio apartment has been equipped with a kitchenette, so that you can prepare your tea or coffee in the morning without having to go to the main house, before the rest of your group is up. Also the studio apartment opens up to the wooden verandah.

The verandah provides several comfortable areas for dining, entertaining and relaxing - protected from the sun.

A few steps down from the verandah you get to your private, medium-sized pool and your sundeck with 6 sun loungers.

It's all about outdoor-living, soaking up the warm Caribbean sun and enjoying the views of the lush green, mature tropical garden. To make the outdoor-feel complete, you may wish to fire up the Gas-BBQ on the open deck.

Loblolly Cottage can either be rented on its own or together with the 4 bedroom main house Lobolly Hill, which is located on the same fenced property, but set further back.
Although within walking distance to each other, Loblolly Cottage is well separated from Loblolly Hill by the large, mature tropical garden.
Therefore both villas, Loblolly Cottage and Loblolly Hill are guaranteed to enjoy 100 % privacy and tranquility.
