on short term rentals, TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
| - a 50 % down payment
is payable
within 7 days after receipt of the rental
agreement |
-The balance of the
rental cost and the refundable damage deposit are payable 2
months (for some
properties 3 months) prior to the
beginning of your rental. |

If your booking takes place within 2 months respectively
3 months prior to the
beginning of the rental, then
the full rental cost plus damage deposit are due within 10 days after receipt of the rental
agreement. |
