Blue Moon Antigua are 2 fabulous,
newly built cottages, which sit high up on a hill, affording truly
breathtaking views of Freeman's Bay, the open Caribbean Sea and
the neighboring island of Montserrat with its frequently smoking
volcano.
The design and colors of these 2 identical cottages
remind you very much of the beautiful houses in Greece. These
spacious cottages with their wooden floors and high ceilings are
lovingly and tastefully furnished and have a very relaxing and
peaceful atmosphere. Each cottage has been equipped with a king
size bed, but can even provide additional sleeping facilities for
up to 2 more persons with a comfy air-mattress, placed in the
living area.
The sea-facing part of the cottages accommodates the
living and dining area with integrated kitchenette. The spacious
bedroom and bathroom are located in the rear part of the cottage,
opening up to the verandah, which wraps around on 3 sides. The
roomy open roof shower can be accessed from the cottage as well as
from the verandah, which allows you to rinse off the salt and
sand, when coming back to the cottage from the beach.
As both cottages are within walking
distance to each other, having a Hot Tub half way between them,
they are also perfect for 2 couples or 2 small families. The Hot
Tub's water
temperature can be set to hot as well as cold (for refreshing
baths during the daytime). For a swim in the Caribbean sea it’s
just a short stroll down the hill.
Your hosts Shonnie and Michael, who
are very pleasant, well organized and very professional,
will do
everything within their power to make you feel comfortable and
will help organize tours, car hire, provisioning or anything else
you may need. |
